About the Role

Vasion is hiring a Director of Customer Marketing Expansion and Advocacy to design and lead our company-wide strategy for customer engagement, retention, and growth. You will build the programs, infrastructure, and experiences that turn customers into a scalable engine for expansion, advocacy, and long-term value. This is a senior marketing leadership role reporting to the CMO, carrying an expansion and upsell quota and significant autonomy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a company-wide customer lifecycle strategy; from onboarding and adoption through expansion, cross-sell, and win-back.
  • Lead community programming across digital forums, user groups, cohorts, and customer advisory boards.
  • Lead omnichannel engagement across email, events, social, and direct channels, with a disciplined test-and-learn approach.
  • Lead customer advocacy and proof point development resulting in case studies, video, analyst engagement, and co-branded partner initiatives.
  • Lead Vasion's signature customer events, including an annual Customer Summit.
  • Lead NPS and customer insight programs that inform strategy across the business.
  • Lead a team and budget, with the autonomy to build something that lasts.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle strategy, or customer expansion.
  • Tangible outcomes and evidence of success.
  • Experience carrying an expansion quota.
  • Experience building programs at scale.
  • Experience connecting marketing motion to measurable revenue impact.
  • Understanding of community as a growth lever.
  • Strategic range to move fluidly between vision and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo (or similar), Workfront (or similar) and Salesforce.
  • Remote-first mindset.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment.
