Videray Technologies, Inc. is seeking a U.S. Federal Government Sales & Strategic Engagement Manager to build our presence and credibility across federal and government-related entities. This is a relationship-driven, strategic commercial role focused on fostering long-term institutional relationships, engaging early in operational needs, and developing opportunities within public-sector environments.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain professional relationships with U.S. Federal Agencies, state and government-affiliated organizations, technical users, program managers, and acquisition stakeholders.
- Represent Videray in meetings, briefings, demonstrations, and industry engagement activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government-facing commercial interactions in the U.S.
- Engage with agencies early in the acquisition lifecycle to understand emerging operational needs and provide technical insight.
- Participate in pre-solicitation activities such as RFIs, industry days, and technical briefings.
- Coordinate with distributors and integrators while maintaining Videray's strategic visibility and positioning.
- Identify non-traditional or grant-based funding opportunities that may support equipment acquisition.
- Provide continuous feedback on government market perception, competitive landscape, and emerging agency priorities.
- Act as a liaison between government stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations).
- Work closely with Videray Ambassadors to maximize reach and credibility.
- Support Local Partners and integrators without competing against them.
