Cynet Health is looking for an RPO Healthcare Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and pipeline high-quality healthcare candidates to support our recruiting needs. This remote role focuses on proactive outreach, market research, and building targeted talent pools for current and future hiring, with a focus on allied nursing, ARNP, and physician roles.
What You'll Do
- Deliver against KPIs including time-to-fill, quality submissions, pipeline health, and starts.
- Identify and engage potential healthcare professionals by sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews for positions including nurses, physicians, medical technologists, therapists, and administrative staff.
- Develop and utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruiting funnel.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and client-specific requirements such as credentialing and background checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Provide regular updates and reporting to RPO Recruiters on sourcing progress and metrics.
- Stay informed of healthcare industry hiring trends and talent market dynamics.
- Represent the client’s employer brand professionally and positively to candidates.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in RPO or agency settings.
- Ability to manage multiple client requisitions simultaneously.
- Proven success with high-volume or specialty hiring in healthcare.
- Proficient or advanced experience using sourcing platforms, with LinkedIn and Indeed required.
- Exceptional planning, execution skills, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, competitive environment.
- High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in correctional medicine or behavioral health settings.
