Henry Schein One LLC is hiring a US Business Transformation Manager - Global E-Commerce to drive the execution of transformative activities for integrating key business initiatives and technologies. This role focuses on onboarding business groups and partners to the Global Ecommerce Platform, aligning efforts with revenue, cost, and efficiency goals.

What You'll Do

• Maintain goal alignment by preparing independent action plans and managing relationships with business transformation stakeholders.
• Identify and assess initiatives by reviewing and logging requests with key contact, description, and category assignment.
• Perform data analysis to gather information for assessing risk and opportunity of business requirements.
• Serve as the initial touchpoint for intake and discovery to review requests with stakeholders.
• Document requirements, maintain logs of communications, and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate resources by helping identify subject matter experts and documenting project plans.
• Act as the central point of contact for change management and communication.
• Provide demos and walkthroughs of Global Ecommerce Platform capabilities to integration and business teams.
• Manage progress timelines and costs, tracking day-to-day details and providing updates on risks.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in business integration, systems development, website development, and/or IT project management.
• Experience managing resources for complex integration initiatives in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company and resolve conflict quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of systems and peripherals supporting transactional ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to create, document, and manage project plans for integration targets.
• Understanding of online ordering behaviors for B2B customer experiences.
• Excellent planning, organizational, independent decision making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Project management, consultative skills, and ability to manage a budget.
• Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with technologies and/or companies within a Healthcare distribution environment or within a transactional B2B environment.
• SAP and Commerce Cloud configuration and integration experience.
• Experience collaborating with large teams on a national or global level.
• Master's degree or global equivalent.
• May hold two or more industry certifications.
