Unlimited Service Group is seeking a strategic, performance-driven marketing leader to accelerate field service technician hiring across our 40+ brand portfolio nationwide. This role owns demand generation strategy, campaign execution, funnel optimization, and messaging specifically for recruiting commercial foodservice equipment technicians. This is a marketing role that partners closely with Talent Acquisition to increase applicant volume, improve candidate quality, and build scalable hiring pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute technician-focused marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Build always-on candidate pipelines, including passive and semi-passive audiences.
- Develop targeted campaigns for specific markets and talent segments identified by Talent Acquisition.
- Own performance across Indeed, Google, Meta, and related platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creative, targeting, and landing experiences.
- Track and optimize funnel metrics including applicant volume, quality, and conversion rates.
- Develop technician-specific employee value propositions and messaging frameworks.
- Create compelling job ads, landing pages, and campaign content.
- Ensure consistent, brand-aligned workforce marketing across regions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to align marketing strategy with hiring priorities.
- Support referral initiatives and local market reputation campaigns.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations based on data.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in recruitment marketing.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and analyzing campaign performance.
- Strong copywriting and campaign messaging skills.
- Ability to translate hiring goals into measurable marketing strategies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screening.
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruitment marketing to skilled trades, hourly, or field-service audiences.
