Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from inspection reports, motor vehicle records, photographs, loss reports, registration details, and other third-party sources to assess personal lines risks and determine eligibility.
- Review endorsements, renewals, and other account updates to reassess policies for changes in risk, premium, or acceptability according to company guidelines.
- Ensure updates are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Drive sales by delivering excellent service and fostering strong relationships with agents.
- Support the sales process by helping agents place new business and retain existing customers.
- Stay informed about underwriting developments, products, and changes within the company and the industry.
- Identify opportunities for the company to enhance its market competitiveness and achieve significant improvements in pricing and underwriting.
- Participate as a project team member, contributing to overall project goals, completing individual deliverables, and providing expertise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leader.
- Maintain regular attendance at work on a full-time schedule of at least 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
Compensation
Base salary varies by location and experience: $44,466 to $77,881 (NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA); $40,424 to $70,801 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME); $36,381 to $63,721 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV); in California, typical hiring range is $55,056.15 to $67,290.85. Competitive compensation with incentive bonus programs (holiday, referral, performance-based).
