Amgen is looking for an Undergrad Intern - Operations Transformation and Digital Strategy Intern for Summer 2026. In this role, you will support strategy execution by helping stand up the operating model, creating clarity for working teams, and enabling disciplined delivery of high-impact work across the OTDS organization. Our shared mission—to serve patients living with serious illnesses—drives all that we do.
What You'll Do
- Document and codify existing OTDS roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and governance into clear, consumable artifacts.
- Develop onboarding and role-enablement materials such as onboarding guides, ‘how we work’ training, and execution playbooks.
- Support standard work by refining templates, cadences, and disciplined execution practices already in use.
- Translate OTDS AI use cases into foundational guidance for problem-solving, decision acceleration, and project charters.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the onboarding process, creation of training assets, data synthesis, and standardization of OTDS materials.
- Package materials into leadership-ready content, reinforcing clarity, accountability and adoption to accelerate innovation.
- Support structured communication assets like newsletters and onboarding materials that explain changes and how to engage.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent.
- Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing.
- Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program following the potential internship assignment.
- Must not be employed at the time the internship starts.
- Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.
Nice to Have
- Degree concentration in Business Administration, Marketing, or Data Science.
- Experience with AI and basic ML concepts, including AI prototyping, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of project management tools and enabling strong execution.

- Compensation range: $24.70 - $28.30 per hour.
Work Mode
This is a remote internship position. Candidates must be located within the United States for its duration.
