What You'll Do
Lead discovery sessions to capture client requirements across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Accruals, Leaves, and regulatory compliance. Translate these into detailed solution designs, configuration plans, and fit-gap assessments tailored to client policies and regional labor laws.
Configure core UKG Pro WFM modules—including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, and Mobile—and validate end-to-end processes to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and execute test strategies across unit, system, and user acceptance phases, managing defect resolution and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout.
Collaborate with integration teams to define data mappings and validate payloads using Boomi, WIM, or APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between UKG and external HR, Payroll, or ERP platforms. Support cutover and go-live activities, including hypercare, and prepare runbooks and knowledge transfer materials for smooth transition to AMS teams.
Respond to AMS tickets—including incidents, service requests, and small enhancements—within defined SLAs, while identifying opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement. Advise clients on configuration best practices, role-based security, data integrity, and operational governance.
Produce key project deliverables such as business and functional requirement documents, solution designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and standard operating procedures. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations, providing updates on progress, risks, and resolution plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, HRIS, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos/Dimensions), with proven configuration expertise in Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Rounding, Holidays, and Scheduling
- Strong understanding of timesheet policies, timecard exceptions, approval workflows, and attestation processes
- Familiarity with basic security models, role setup, and organizational hierarchy configuration
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience reviewing system logs and diagnosing time or pay discrepancies
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong English and French communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to UKG Dimensions, including policies, access models, Activities, and API fundamentals
- Knowledge of payroll integrations with systems such as SAP, ADP, Workday, or Oracle
- Experience with European labor regulations, particularly in Spain, Italy, the UK, France, or the Netherlands
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and AMS delivery, including SLA management, incident lifecycle, and problem resolution
- Participation in presales activities such as scoping, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations
