As a UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Workforce Management solutions, shaping how organizations manage time, attendance, and scheduling across international markets. Your role will span project implementation and ongoing support, ensuring systems are configured to meet both business requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs in timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, leave policies, and compliance.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs, configuration plans, and fit-gap analyses tailored to client operations and regional labor laws.
- Configure core UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, and Mobile, ensuring accurate end-to-end process flows.
- Design and execute testing strategies across unit, system, and user acceptance phases, tracking defects and ensuring resolution.
- Collaborate with integration specialists to define data mappings and validate interfaces between UKG and external systems such as HRIS, Payroll, and ERP platforms using Boomi, WIM, or APIs.
- Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and hypercare, then transition solutions to AMS teams with complete documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Manage AMS tickets—including incidents and service requests—within SLA, while identifying opportunities for system optimization and operational improvements.
- Advise clients on configuration best practices, role-based security, data integrity, and governance models.
- Produce clear, detailed deliverables such as business requirement documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations, maintaining transparency on project status, risks, and milestones.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, HRIS, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing or supporting UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos/Dimensions). You should have direct experience configuring Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Rounding, Holidays, and Scheduling, as well as managing timesheet policies, approvals, and attestation workflows.
Strong analytical abilities are essential, particularly in diagnosing time and pay discrepancies by reviewing system logs. Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles is required, with fluency in English and French necessary for effective communication.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with UKG Dimensions, including policies, access models, Activities, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP, ADP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Experience supporting European labor regulations in countries like Spain, Italy, the UK, France, or the Netherlands.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and AMS delivery, including incident and problem management.
- Participation in presales activities such as scoping, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations.
