ClearwaterAnalytics is hiring a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to create excellent end-user interactions and experiences for our data-dense web-based applications and websites. You will improve the user experience by advocating for designs that are simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling.
What You'll Do
- Create standard usability testing plans and execute them.
- Work effectively with various stakeholders, including target users, to bring together a product design.
- Take initiative in gathering requirements and in personal development and validation.
- Support and mentor less-experienced UI/UX designers.
- Oversee the user interface and overall customer-experience design for key web applications.
- Manage and prioritize multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to present design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Mastery of design software like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Enthusiasm for design work in a software-as-a-service company and a drive for client satisfaction.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage your own time and deliver results on schedule.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
