ClearwaterAnalytics is hiring a Product UX Designer, Visual to elevate the visual quality and consistency of our product experiences. You'll work closely with Product Designers, Design Systems partners, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver polished, modern UI that scales across our large platform for dense, enterprise B2B interfaces.

What You'll Do

Drive visual design excellence across Clearwater’s product surfaces, ensuring high standards of polish and usability.
Apply strong visual hierarchy to data-dense enterprise UI like tables, dashboards, reports, forms, and complex workflows.
Create and refine UI designs in Figma, including high-fidelity mockups, interaction-ready screens, iconography, UI patterns, and visual specs for engineering handoff.
Partner with Product Designers to improve user flows with strong layout, consistency, and clarity.
Collaborate with the Design Systems team to evolve the system by contributing to components, tokens, usage guidance, and identifying gaps.
Work closely with Engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity; participate in design QA and iterative refinement.
Support accessibility and inclusive design through color contrast, typographic choices, states, and clear affordances.
Participate in critiques and help raise the bar on craft through feedback and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in product, visual, or UI design for digital products, with B2B experience strongly preferred.
A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design craft and high-quality UI for complex applications.
Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto layout, styles/tokens, and prototyping.
Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, color, spacing, and interaction states.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers in an iterative environment.
Solid grasp of accessibility fundamentals and designing for different data and contrast needs.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or data-heavy products like tables, complex forms, dashboards, or reporting.
Experience contributing to or working within a design system at scale.
Familiarity with front-end constraints and development collaboration, such as responsive behavior and CSS concepts.
Motion or micro-interaction skills are a plus.
Experience designing PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
