Alegeus is hiring a Principal UX Designer in Bangalore to be instrumental in creating world-changing products and driving innovation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product portfolio and executing the strategic roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Deliver thoughtful, high-quality user experiences by creating customer-centered flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
- Lead design excellence across teams by running inclusive design critiques and improving design-to-engineering handoffs.
- Serve as the primary UX partner for India-based product and engineering teams, translating global UX strategy into actionable team plans.
- Drive consistency and quality across products by collaborating with UX leadership and DesignOps to evolve processes and standards.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance workflows and product experiences, using AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping.
- Enable global collaboration and user-focused delivery by building strong cross-geography relationships and facilitating work across time zones.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
- Proven experience designing complex, enterprise-scale products.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to problem-solve within constraints and communicate trade-offs.
- Comfort working with globally distributed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma.
- A data-informed approach to design using research and analytics.
- Working knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and front-end technologies.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong information architecture, problem-solving, and user impact.
