Paired is seeking a UGC Video Editor for a consumer products client. In this role, you will craft compelling video content from user-generated footage, focusing on dynamic storytelling for platforms like TikTok and UGC advertising.
What You'll Do
- Edit and assemble raw user-submitted footage into polished, engaging videos.
- Select music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video impact.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and meets deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on requirements and audience preferences.
- Stay updated on video editing and social media trends.
- Review user-generated content submissions and provide feedback.
- Generate 10 short video ideas per day from an existing library.
- Produce high-retention short-form content for TikTok and UGC ads.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in video editing, especially with user-generated content.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of branding and storytelling in video.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization.
- A proven track record of keeping up with a demanding workload.
