Join Whizz, a fast-growing e-bike and e-moped subscription startup, as a Business Assistant supporting our operations department. Your role will be pivotal in managing daily reporting, coordinating department activities, leading projects, and identifying automation opportunities to streamline our internal workflows.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operational reporting in Google Sheets and prepare insightful ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate department activities and monitor task completion across operations and cross-functional teams.
- Lead operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline internal workflows.
- Develop and maintain clear manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and guidelines for the team.
- Act as a key point of contact, interacting with related departments to ensure seamless supporting activities.
- Execute essential operational tasks and provide hands-on support for ongoing company initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience where you’ve demonstrated a track record of success.
- The ability to transform data into insights using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Full comfort navigating Miro, Notion, and various CRM systems.
- You view change as an opportunity and can pivot your focus quickly.
- Emotional maturity and a steady hand during busy seasons.
- Someone who doesn't just do the job but looks for ways to develop and improve.
- An eye for detail that ensures high-quality output every time.
- Effective English (B2) to collaborate seamlessly with the global team.
