RemoteVA PH is looking for a Real Estate Analyst Assistant to provide remote support for a commercial real estate client. In this role, you will contribute to investment decisions through financial analysis, market research, and detailed reporting.
What You'll Do
- Research real estate databases for comparable data, conduct analysis, and write detailed analysis reports.
- Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and development projects.
- Create financial models to assess property performance and investment returns.
- Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales and rentals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
- Assist with due diligence processes, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
What We're Looking For
- Previous work experience in Real Estate or a related field.
- A degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Analytical experience that allows for independent thinking.
- Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and strong internet research skills.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Financial modeling experience.
