SKELAR is looking for a UGC Coordinator to join its fashion AI venture, Dressly. You will lead the work with creators, scale UGC direction, and be one of the first hires in this function. This is a role for someone who thrives in building new processes within a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Search and select creators and influencers across Ukrainian and international markets.
- Conduct regular research to identify new profiles and analyze UGC trends for performance and influencer marketing.
- Establish and maintain communication with creators, conducting negotiations and agreeing on collaboration terms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create clear, structured briefs for creators and production.
- Coordinate the content creation process, controlling deadlines and the quality of video and other materials.
- Organize the work of the production team at all stages, from shooting to editing and post-production.
- Maintain databases of creators, systematize information, analyze collaboration effectiveness, and provide regular reporting.
- Manage large volumes of information, including collecting, analyzing, structuring data, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Initiate and implement ideas for UGC content development based on market analysis and personal experience.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to find an approach to different types of creators, conduct negotiations, and agree on collaboration terms, including budget matters.
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- Experience writing clear, structured briefs for creative and production teams.
- Ability to organize and control the content creation process, working with deadlines and material quality.
- Skills in working with databases, spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), and systematizing and analyzing large volumes of information.
- Knowledge of basic marketing metrics and experience with analytical tools.
- A high level of organization, responsibility, and ability to work in a multitasking mode.
- Proactivity, initiative, and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English for both oral and written communication.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of production processes, including shooting and editing.
