Paired is looking for a UGC Content Creator to lead the content and social media strategy for a gaming peripherals brand. You will own and manage all social accounts, lead a creative team, and drive community engagement across Discord, Reddit, and forums.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage all social accounts, posting a minimum of 1 post per day on all platforms and 2+ per week on YouTube.
- Develop a multi-platform content strategy optimized for reach, engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Self-generate agile content alongside professionally produced pieces.
- Lead the creative team (photographer, cinematographer, graphic designer) to produce diverse content formats tailored to each platform.
- Maintain a balanced mix of content: memes & trend-driven creative; product demos, overviews, displays; reviews, unboxing, hands-on demos; tutorials & educational content; gaming tips & strategy videos; influencer collaborations & UGC integration; interactive content; community Q&As and testimonials.
- Ensure brand voice consistency, authenticity, and cultural relevance.
- Respond to all public replies across social media promptly.
- Lead brand presence and engagement on Discord, Reddit, and gaming forums.
- Organize creative community events, polls, challenges, and tournaments.
- Develop community programs to convert followers into advocates.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships; lead outreach for collaborations and sponsored content.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns around product launches or key brand moments.
- Oversee affiliate program growth; recruit new affiliates and nurture relationships (1–3% lifetime earnings of affiliates you sign).
- Produce or oversee SEO-optimized blog content for the brand website and external sites.
- Stream on the brand's Twitch account to engage community (15% commission + customer coupon code structure).
- Build cross-platform strategies to maximize impact of each channel.
- Ideate and execute social-first campaigns for new product launches, limited editions, collaboration drops, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs, insights, and recommendations.

- Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
