Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Customer Support Representative for a premium jewelry and accessories brand. You will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers while working remotely from Greece and collaborating with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about premium jewelry and accessories.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for seamless order processing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within luxury retail or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team goals.
- A passion for jewelry and luxury accessories and a commitment to exceptional service.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
