Smart Apartment Data is looking for an Enterprise Software Customer Trainer to help our clients get the most from our platform. You will deliver clear and engaging training sessions, playing a key role in customer onboarding and adoption.
What You'll Do
- Lead live product training sessions for customers.
- Walk users through platform features, workflows, and best practices.
- Create or update simple training materials and guides.
- Support onboarding and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with Support, Success, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in software onboarding, customer training, customer success, or product enablement.
- Experience delivering live software training using Zoom or similar tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Located in Latin America or Europe.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Background in SaaS or software training and onboarding.
- Ability to learn and explain software quickly.
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
