The Hartford is seeking a UA - Data Entry specialist to provide essential support for our Underwriters and Agency representatives. You will use automated systems to plan, coordinate, and complete a high volume of transactions, managing account documentation and supporting business processes. What You'll Do
- Provide support for a wide variety of business insurance products and services.
- Identify forward-thinking solutions that resolve both stated and unstated needs, making it easier to do business with The Hartford.
- Maintain a high level of performance measured by quality objectives and service performance indicators.
- Communicate with Agents to obtain needed and required underwriting information.
- Use Policy Center and other automated systems to plan, coordinate, and complete work.
- Prep new business issues, book consolidation quotes, renewal transactions, and essential services.
What We're Looking For
- High school graduate or equivalent certification.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
- Strong Desk Management Skills.
- Ability to employ analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, understanding the root cause of problems.
- Critical thinking, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to influence.
- Innovative mindset focused on reducing customer effort.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to be flexible in all circumstances.
Nice to Have
- Insurance experience.
- Understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Ability to multi-task and task-switching.

- Policy Center and other automated systems.
Team & Environment
You will provide direct support for Underwriters or Agency representatives, reporting to Underwriters.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $46,222 - $69,333.
