Responsibilities
- Performing full installation and commissioning of Lely products, ensuring first-time-right start-up and customer satisfaction.
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, including system updates and optimizations.
- Providing on-site and remote support for urgent technical issues.
- Training farmers and local partners on product operation and maintenance.
- Monitoring technical performance and reporting improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring all activities comply with Lely’s safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Technical education (mechatronics, electronics, or related field).
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in installation and maintenance of automated or electromechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently, often on farms and under varying conditions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Mexico and occasionally abroad for training.

- Affinity with the dairy or agricultural sector is a plus.
