About the Role
This role is responsible for safeguarding the platform by evaluating user-generated content, investigating policy violations, and supporting systems that promote a secure online environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate reported content to determine compliance with platform policies
- Investigate user accounts suspected of violating community guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve enforcement processes
- Identify emerging risks and escalate patterns of abuse
- Maintain accurate records of case resolutions
- Support the development and refinement of safety policies
- Respond to time-sensitive safety incidents
- Use internal tools to analyze user behavior and content trends
- Ensure enforcement actions align with legal and ethical standards
- Provide feedback on policy clarity and operational efficiency
- Work within defined workflows to ensure consistent decision-making
- Assist in training new team members on case handling
- Contribute to documentation for common case types
- Monitor the effectiveness of current safety measures
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff
- Stay current on digital safety trends and threat landscapes
- Balance user privacy with safety requirements
- Support transparency in enforcement actions
- Engage in quality assurance reviews of peer decisions
- Help refine internal tools based on user feedback
- Promote a culture of accountability and empathy
- Adapt quickly to evolving policy needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent issues
- Ensure timely resolution of high-priority cases
Nice to Have
- Experience in a trust and safety, moderation, or investigations role
- Familiarity with AI-generated content and detection methods
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or digital forensics

- Previous work in a 24/7 operational environment
