Chime seeks a detail-oriented Trip Fulfillment Member to transform confirmed flight bookings into complete, polished travel experiences. Our mission is to make first-class travel accessible to the people who are shaping the world, and you will play a key role in delivering that seamless service.
What You'll Do
- Receive confirmed bookings and build comprehensive trip records, including flight details, passenger information, seat assignments, and preferences.
- Prepare and hold invoices for review using FreshBooks, then send approved documents to clients with a warm, professional message.
- Coordinate additional client-requested services, such as airport chauffeurs or special meals, and record all confirmation details.
- Confirm payment receipt by cross-checking status across internal systems for methods like Stripe, bank wire, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
- Ensure all records in the client management system and billing platform match before any client communication is sent.
- Keep records updated in real time and ensure no booking task sits unactioned for more than 30 minutes during your shift.
- Work closely with your Trip Fulfillment Team Lead for review and approval, and coordinate with Ticketing and Client Service teams.
- Escalate any payment discrepancy, data mismatch, or client issue to your Team Lead immediately.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years in travel operations, hospitality administration, client coordination, or a similar role managing detailed records across multiple systems.
- Experience creating or managing invoices using a billing tool such as FreshBooks, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with verifying or reconciling payments across different methods like card, bank transfer, or digital payment platforms.
- Strong attention to accuracy across multiple tools and the ability to investigate mismatches.
- Clear, professional written communication and ability to write warm, polished client messages without templates.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once without losing track of details.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience using itinerary-building tools such as Travefy, Axus, TravelJoy, or Tourwriter.
- Background in luxury hospitality, premium travel, or high-touch client service.
- Familiarity with task management tools such as Asana, or CRM and client communication platforms.
- Working knowledge of travel-specific passenger details such as Known Traveler Numbers (KTN) or Frequent Flyer Numbers (FFN).
- Genuine passion for travel and delivering a seamless experience.

Team & Environment
You will work closely with a Trip Fulfillment Team Lead who reviews your work and approves all client sends. You will also coordinate with the Ticketing team on post-issuance changes and the Client Service team on client-facing updates.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $500 - $700/month USD
