This is a full-time remote Customer Support Agent position at HOS247 LLC, supporting English, Spanish, and Russian-speaking customers in the USA and Canada. The role involves providing front-line customer support, occasional sales assistance, and contributing to product and service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Provide front-line support to English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and Russian-speaking drivers and fleet managers in the USA and Canada
  • Occasionally assist with sales-related tasks
  • Proactively identify areas for product and service improvements
  • Participate in the implementation of solutions to increase customer satisfaction, user growth, and retention

You will be working with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking prospects located in the USA and Canada. Mostly inbound leads. We’re looking for a team player who brings a desire to have an impact on the organization and is ready to grow into upper-level positions quickly. Qualifications: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, tech-savvy, and have at least 2 years of experience in sales roles serving the US or Canada market. Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus. The previous residence in the US is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check. Additional Information: A personal computer with a headset and high-speed internet is required for making/receiving calls from our CRM system.
