This is a full-time remote Customer Support Agent position at HOS247 LLC, supporting English, Spanish, and Russian-speaking customers in the USA and Canada. The role involves providing front-line customer support, occasional sales assistance, and contributing to product and service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Provide front-line support to English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and Russian-speaking drivers and fleet managers in the USA and Canada
- Occasionally assist with sales-related tasks
- Proactively identify areas for product and service improvements
- Participate in the implementation of solutions to increase customer satisfaction, user growth, and retention
