Guaranty Bank & Trust is looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist to provide technical and product support for our Treasury Management customers. You will ensure contracted services are set up correctly, guide customers on product use, and help market and implement these services.

What You'll Do

Complete implementation forms and customer agreements.
Verify contracted services are implemented accurately and within expected timeframes to ensure service fee revenue.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure service delivery and compliance with treasury procedures and bank policies.
Provide demonstrations and training for customers on treasury product usage and assist with hardware/software implementation.
Assist clients and prospects with new service requests and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Assist in research and development of special projects and perform related departmental support functions.
Coordinate service support to resolve customer problems or complaints with depository/treasury services and communicate resolutions.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of bank products, regulatory requirements, and industry issues through ongoing training.
Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as ordering supplies and scheduling.
Assist with special projects as requested by your manager.
Comply with all compliance, privacy policies, and federal, state, and local regulations governing financial institutions.
Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
5+ years of retail or commercial operational banking experience with emphasis on opening new accounts.
Effective communication skills.
Capacity to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Associates degree or higher.
Knowledge of business account titling and documentation.
Strong knowledge of current ACH regulations.
Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of online banking, account analysis, and electronic payments and collections.
1+ year(s) experience in operational support (e.g., ACH, wires).
1+ year(s) of treasury management experience.

Team & Environment

You will act as a liaison between customers and the bank's service departments and will frequently interact with Officers and other internal teams.
