JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for a Client Service Associate to act as a trusted advisor to our Commercial Bank clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio, managing relationships and providing expert support for complex treasury and cash management products and services.
What You'll Do
- Lead your assigned book of clients autonomously, delivering solutions and upholding JPMorgan Chase standards.
- Develop long-term client relationships and proactively solicit feedback to drive satisfaction.
- Conduct annual relationship reviews to identify fraud exposure and recommend risk mitigation products.
- Proactively discuss client trends with internal partners to customize solutions.
- Actively participate in deal team meetings as new products are added for clients.
- Influence internal partners to recommend products based on your knowledge of client behaviors.
- Learn and understand existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultation.
- Identify opportunities for digital tools to offer effective self-service solutions.
- Continuously adapt to the commercial banking landscape by soliciting feedback on product offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Data Analytics & Change Management experience.
- Ability to influence others without direct supervision.
- Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting and present findings.
- Project Management & Execution skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to change.
- Demonstrated team building skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- 3+ years of client-facing work experience.
Nice to Have
- Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products.
- Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree.
- Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Google G Suite / Microsoft Office adept.
