Hitachi Vantara Corporation is hiring a Treasury Analyst responsible for executing global Treasury operations. You will ensure effective cash management and liquidity planning across assigned entities while safeguarding company funds and contributing to global cash flow forecasting within a framework of strong internal controls.

What You'll Do

• Administer daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and cash pool sweeps based on bank account activity.
• Execute Treasury Payments in accordance with process and J-SOX controls.
• Contribute to the Global Cash Flow Forecasting process for assigned entities.
• Support on-line banking activities, including positive pay release for checks and ACH.
• Initiate bank guarantees (issuance, renewals, amendments) required for business operations.
• Maintain bank documentation, opening and closing accounts, and updating authorized signers.
• Update the Bank Account Management module in the Hitachi, Ltd Treasury Management System as needed.
• Liaise with banks on daily operational issues and strategic projects.
• Support month-end close activities, working capital reporting, and audit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, KPIs, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• 2-4 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance within a global or shared services environment.
• Knowledge and experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.

Technical Stack

• Banking platforms for Letters of Credits and Guarantees.
• ERPs such as Oracle or SAP.
• Hitachi, Ltd Treasury Management System.

You will join a global team with core leadership in Santa Clara and regional members in APAC and EMEA. This Center of Excellence within the Corporate Shared Services organization provides global Treasury, Credit, and Insurance support.
