Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management or a retail banking environment
- Understanding of treasury operations including cash management, cash investments, and bank account administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency with advanced spreadsheets and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of key finance and accounting concepts
- Ability to support cross-functional projects and process improvements within treasury operations
Nice to Have
- CTP certification (Certified Treasury Professional)
