CTS CTCA Shared Services Inc. is hiring a Treasury Analyst to play a key role on the Treasury & Financial Strategy team. You will support, monitor, and report on all cash management activities across City of Hope, ensuring timely and accurate cash processing, reconciliation, and compliance. Our mission is to make hope a reality for all touched by cancer and diabetes.
What You'll Do
- Perform cash positioning, funding, and forecasting across multiple legal entities.
- Monitor bank accounts daily to support efficient cash movement.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners.
- Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Corporate Accounting & Operations, Philanthropy, and Planned Giving.
- Support cross-functional projects and process improvements within treasury operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management or a retail banking environment.
- Understanding of treasury operations including cash management, cash investments, and bank account administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency with advanced spreadsheets and financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of key finance and accounting concepts.
Nice to Have
- CTP certification (Certified Treasury Professional).
