About the Role
The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end visa processing for international travelers, coordinate with legal and HR teams, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities

- Develop and update internal guidance materials
- Coordinate with HR and legal departments on cross-border assignments
- Ensure data privacy in handling personal information
- Streamline processes to reduce processing times
- Conduct onboarding sessions for employees on travel compliance
- Prepare reports on visa metrics and trends
- Respond to employee inquiries about visa timelines
- Verify document completeness for submissions
- Escalate complex cases to legal partners
- Maintain relationships with consulates and embassies
- Support audits related to immigration compliance
