What You'll Do
Support colleagues and visitors with travel planning and issue resolution for global events and business meetings. Act as a key point of contact for travel-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with the business services team to coordinate logistics for company-wide and industry-specific gatherings.
Oversee relationships with travel suppliers, ensuring high service standards and holding vendors accountable. Review invoices for correctness, manage refunds and credits, and monitor airline points and unused tickets. Track travel spend, carbon emissions, and adherence to company policy to support financial and sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Strong academic background, including a degree in a business or technical field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated accountability and sound judgment
- Self-awareness and the ability to reflect thoughtfully on decisions
- Adaptability to learn new software and digital tools efficiently
- Willingness to travel up to four times per year for events lasting up to two weeks
