Kyndryl is seeking a Travel & Expense Business Analyst/Concur Configuration Specialist to serve as the SAP Concur Travel Technical Lead on the CIO Concur Travel team. In this role, you will provide high-level technical leadership, troubleshoot critical issues, and configure and maintain Concur modules to ensure operational compliance and a superior user experience.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot incidents with T&E applications and integrations.
Provide level 3 and level 4 technical support for users.
Propose solutions to minimize technical issues and improve user experience.
Provide technical leadership for projects and prepare test scenarios.
Ensure T&E operations are compliant with company policy.
Configure and maintain Concur Expense and Request modules.
Improve documentation resources and generate Intelligence reports.
Maintain ICS integration to SAP S/4Hana.
Provide technical support of Employee Vendor payments configuration in SAP S/4Hana.
Provide technical support of American Express Corporate card remittance and payment configuration.
Stay current with SAAS releases.
Groom features/user stories to estimate, identify technical risks/dependencies, and communicate to stakeholders.
Maintain and drive the clearing of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and currency of 3rd party components.

What We're Looking For

5+ years experience with SAP Concur Expense, Request, and Intelligence configuration and support.
Certified Professional – Expense Configuration or equivalent.
2+ company implementations of SAP Concur expense.
Corporation card implementations experience.
Ability to manage enhancement projects independently.
Good stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively in achieving support SLA’s.
Service Now support experience.
Power BI experience in creating and maintaining models.
MS Office experience.
