BioPak is looking for a Travel Agent to join our private aviation team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a simple, quick, and luxurious charter experience, contributing to our mission of transforming the private aviation industry.
What You'll Do
- Respond to private jet charter inquiries and consult with clients on their travel needs.
- Source, negotiate, and present aircraft options to secure the best pricing and availability.
- Coordinate comprehensive trip logistics, including catering, ground transportation, and special requests.
- Manage bookings from initial quote through to contract execution and payment.
- Monitor flights and provide proactive client support for any schedule or operational changes.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners.
- Promote company programs such as Jet Cards, memberships, and enterprise travel solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with operators and internal teams.
- Handle service recovery and ensure a seamless, high-touch luxury travel experience.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in travel booking.
- Proven experience in private or business aviation, charter brokerage, or an air charter/travel booking agency.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and a confident, professional presence.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings, schedules, and complex logistical details simultaneously.
- Experience promoting programs such as memberships, Jet Cards, or other travel solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and travel booking platforms.
- Familiarity with aircraft types, operators, pricing trends, airport logistics, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to effectively handle service disruptions, schedule changes, and operational challenges.
