Lead development and delivery of projects having local, state, and regional benefits
Participate in Business Development including networking, proposal preparation, and contracts
Coordinate staff activities to assure achieving goals of project budget, schedule, and quality
Support various local, regional, and corporate initiatives

B.S. Degree in Engineering, or related
Professional Engineering License or the ability to obtain one in Nebraska
Excellent communication, strong written, oral, and client relation skills
Experience interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders
Experience in making presentations before elected officials and advisory boards, attending conferences, and participating in interviews
Strong organization and leadership skills including development of professional staff
Experience managing single and multi-discipline projects and professional teams, including contracting, cost control, staff and subconsultant coordination, and quality assurance/quality control
Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner
Experience working with state and/or local public agencies
10+ years of experience in design of roadways, highways, and interstates from preliminary to final
