Key Responsibilities
- Direct multiple utility-scale projects, managing scope, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external partners to coordinate project phases
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain accurate project documentation
- Monitor budget performance and schedule adherence, reporting progress to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks in construction planning and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or a business-related field. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in utility transmission systems is required, along with demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary environments. Prior experience serving as a liaison between technical teams and clients is essential. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities are critical for managing concurrent project demands.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on engineering design background, PMP certification, and field experience in construction and commissioning activities. The position supports a hybrid work model, combining office-based collaboration with remote work flexibility.
