Adobe is hiring a Transformational Solution Consultant

Shape the future of digital experiences by serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients navigating transformation. In this client-facing role, you'll uncover business and technical needs through in-depth discovery sessions, then translate those insights into compelling solution strategies using Adobe’s comprehensive suite of technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead consultative discussions with decision-makers and technical stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities across digital experience, data orchestration, and AI-driven innovation
  • Design and deliver cross-portfolio demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences—from executives to engineers—highlighting integrated value across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal sales and solution teams to align on optimal solution sets and maintain consistency throughout complex sales cycles
  • Stay current on evolving trends in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and competitive landscapes to position solutions effectively
  • Advise leadership on strategic customer requirements to influence solution development and go-to-market approaches

What You Bring

  • Minimum of three years in technical roles focused on Customer Experience Orchestration, including experience with analytics, content management, marketing automation, CDP, or commerce platforms
  • Proven ability to communicate business value and build use cases that connect technology to outcomes
  • Strong presentation and advisory skills with a history of influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Familiarity with leading experience management platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Optimizely, or Oracle
  • Ability to quickly master new tools and technical environments

Technology Environment

You’ll work across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Acrobat Studio, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and GenStudio—enabling organizations to innovate at scale.

Compensation & Work Model

This is a hybrid role based in California, Washington, or other U.S. markets, with pay ranges varying by location. The U.S. base salary range is $147,800–$236,400 annually, with higher ranges in California and Washington. Non-sales roles include an Annual Incentive Plan; certain positions may qualify for equity awards. Long-term and short-term incentives align with role type.
