Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Transaction Manager to coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from initial engagement through closing. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless execution while managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of lease transactions or property sales, from initial client engagement and site tours through proposal review, lease negotiations, and final closing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, brokers, landlords, and third-party vendors, maintaining regular communication and providing status updates.
- Prepare, review, and manage all transaction documentation including letters of intent, proposals, lease abstracts, and closing documents.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making, including lease vs. buy comparisons and occupancy cost projections.
- Monitor and report on TM fee revenue associated with managed transactions, ensuring proper fee capture and billing accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in commercial real estate financial analysis, lease structures, and market dynamics.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard software platforms and transaction management systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Salary range: $72,400 – $105,000 per year
