Tertianum is looking for a Training Supervisor for Nursing Professions to join our Letzipark location in the Zurich region. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and developing training programs for healthcare professions, helping to shape the future of care.
What You'll Do
- Take overall responsibility for implementing and developing training in healthcare professions.
- Ensure and continuously improve training quality and compliance with external requirements.
- Coordinate all training activities, scheduling, and provide support for trainees and students.
- Support, guide, and provide professional leadership to vocational trainers.
- Recruit, select, and evaluate trainees and students.
- Organize internships, trial days, teaching units, and qualification procedures.
- Advise on learning difficulties, conflicts, and challenging situations.
- Maintain internal and external contacts and participate in specialist groups and project work.
- Take on responsibilities as a subject matter expert and contribute to the group-wide network for quality of care.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent, SRK-recognized qualification.
- Further training in vocational education (e.g., eidg. Ausbildner/in or higher professional training).
- Several years of experience in training trainees and students.
- Marked pedagogical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Empathic interaction with people, enjoyment working with young and elderly people, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Enthusiasm for development work, process optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- High social competence, resilience, and an authentic and appreciative leadership style.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Motivation to actively shape and further develop the company's learning culture.
