About the Role

ICF Incorporated, LLC is hiring a Training Specialist to join a national call-center project supporting the National Call Center and Sexual Abuse Hotline. This remote role involves implementing comprehensive training programs for staff serving unaccompanied alien children, their families, and key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Implement all facets of the annual training plan for the ORR National Call Center and Sexual Abuse Hotline.
  • Develop and update program training manuals and materials.
  • Oversee the training specialist team.
  • Perform data entry into the staff training database for monthly and quarterly reports on training impact.
  • Support the maintenance of program personnel files, training records, and training certifications.
  • Support the development of a staff training calendar offering development opportunities across all shifts.
  • Directly participate in staff training to ensure all contract training requirements are completed.
  • Support the evaluation of all training activities for efficacy and recommend changes in methodology and materials.
  • Ensure all call center training aligns with ORR policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with ORR internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and enhance call center effectiveness and staff skills.
  • Engage in ongoing interactions with clients and the field, as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with federal contract guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services, organizational development, human resources, leadership development, education, or equivalent of 5 years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in staff training programs.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with immigrant youth and families.
  • T2 clearance.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of migrant/refugee issues, particularly related to unaccompanied children and facility release, transfer, and child welfare best practice.
  • Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication skills, including experience with developing and delivering presentations and technical writing.
  • Prior work experience in a consulting environment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $55,388.00 - $94,160.00

This is a remote position open to candidates nationwide (US99).
