ATI is hiring a Training and Development Lead Process Specialist to support the development, implementation, and improvement of our training programs. You will gain exposure to functions throughout the business, managing multiple projects and building strong relationships to enable our learning and development strategy. What You'll Do

  • Support needs analysis, provide appropriate solutions, and partner on the execution of hourly training initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain presentations and other necessary training materials for any business unit need.
  • Deliver training sessions across various processes and levels using classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create training manuals and job aids.
  • Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and refine training content and delivery methods.
  • Assess internal training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors.
  • Act as liaison and support all plant training coordinators with certification and recertification of employees and the effective tracking of related records.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including identifying venues, securing space, setting up equipment, and planning meals and refreshments.
  • Provide support to other programs and initiatives to enable ATI’s learning and development strategy.
  • Support the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator as necessary.
