ATI is hiring a Training and Development Lead Process Specialist

Lead the design and execution of training programs that align with organizational goals and support continuous workforce development. In this role, you'll work across departments to identify learning needs, create impactful training materials, and deliver sessions using classroom, digital, and on-the-job methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with managers and technical experts
  • Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, manuals, and job aids tailored to specific operational requirements
  • Deliver instruction across multiple formats—e-learning, in-person sessions, and hands-on training—adapted to diverse learner levels
  • Partner with subject matter specialists to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training resources
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to refine course content and improve learning outcomes
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training events, from venue setup to equipment and materials preparation
  • Support certification tracking and compliance recordkeeping across multiple plant locations
  • Assist with Learning Management System functions and contribute to broader learning strategy initiatives

  • Resourcefulness and initiative in identifying and solving training challenges
  • Willingness to travel to various business sites to support on-site training delivery
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, presentation software, and Learning Management Systems
