Garney Construction is seeking a Training and Development Intern for a hands-on role within our growing department. You will rotate through all facets of T&D to support career exploration and determine a specialization area while gaining professional experience developing training for a construction company.
What You'll Do
- Assist in projects such as survey administration and design, post-program data analysis, and creating data visualizations
- Develop company communications to share key results
- Learn from program facilitators and assist with department administration
- Assist with workforce development programs (start date dependent)
- Perform learning management system (LMS) maintenance and support
- Learn about the behind-the-scenes work of content creation and instructional design for Garney programs
What We're Looking For
- Current junior, senior, or graduate student status
Nice to Have
- Seeking a degree in Education, Journalism, Communications, Leadership Studies, Organizational Development, or other relevant fields
