Aforexxiba is looking for a Training Advisor to join our team in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training initiatives to support our operational and strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and assess organizational training needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align training with business objectives.
- Manage the logistics and administration of training sessions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a training, instructional design, or learning and development role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.

This position is based in our San Luis Potosi office.
