Aforexxiba is seeking a Training Advisor to join our team in Colima, Colima, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and enhance team capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and materials
- Assess training needs across departments and teams
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a training, learning & development, or instructional design role
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to assess needs and create targeted training solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent proficiency in Spanish
Work Mode
This position requires full-time onsite work at our office in COLIMA, COLIMA.
