Learnlight is looking for a remote Trainer Support Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our team. Reporting to the Coordination Team Lead, you will be responsible for identifying the right trainers for our language programs, providing them with pedagogical and technical guidance, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional program delivery.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to onboard and offboard trainers following internal workflows.
- Assign trainers to clients’ programs based on their profile and availability, acting as the main point of contact for the trainer pool.
- Provide program details, resolve inquiries, and maintain fluid communication with internal teams across the company.
- Support and mentor trainers, offering guidance, onboarding assistance, and updates on platform features and the Learnlight methodology.
- Identify and address performance-related issues, providing feedback to the Coordination Team as needed.
- Follow workflows and procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate course and trainer information on the online platform.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education) with 2-3 years of experience in language training.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Fluency in Dutch at a minimum of B2 level, both spoken and written.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate trainers’ capabilities, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines efficiently.
