ZF Friedrichshafen AG is hiring a Trainer specializing in mechatronic and electronic products. In this role, you will provide technical support, perform expert analyses, conduct technical training, and manage customer warranty claims for internal and external clients.
What You'll Do
- Assist internal and external customers, provide expert advice, deliver training, and propose technical solutions.
- Prepare, execute, and report on interventions at client and Group sites.
- Produce detailed technical reports and maintain the documentation database.
- Perform expert analyses based on client requests and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Support costing activities, consultations, method improvements, and network evaluations.
- Organize and participate in training planning, and create and update all necessary training materials.
- Deliver training sessions while adhering to defined quality standards.
- Manage customer 'return/non-conformity/warranty' requests.
- Organize and track part returns and handle disputed cases in collaboration with factory teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with standard office software tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly for effective training delivery.
- A basic understanding of the English language.
- Foundational technical knowledge.
Nice to Have
- Ability to speak English.
- Knowledge in electrical and electronics engineering.
