The position begins with a comprehensive 3-month remote bootcamp training program in German, leading to certification, and includes support for subsequent job placement.

What You'll Do

Steer development teams within Scrum or Kanban processes, learning to facilitate ceremonies like Daily, Refinement, Planning, and Retrospective.
Create and manage the Product Backlog, learning to write effective User Stories & Epics and prioritize them.
Test and ensure the quality of software products post-development, learning how to test for acceptance and organize the release process.
Define the product vision using methods like 'Product Vision Statement' and communicate product goals to stakeholders.
Apply basics of usability & UX-design, develop prototypes, and collaborate with UX designers.
Conceive, define, and monitor relevant KPIs and metrics through tracking and data analysis to measure product success.
