As a Senior Product Manager for Agent Templates and Solutions, you will own the strategy and execution for our library of pre-built agents. Your mission is to accelerate our customers' time-to-value by providing a robust catalog of reusable and easily customizable agent templates.
What You'll Do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent templates and the underlying framework.
- Define and standardize the architecture and best practices for creating high-quality, reusable, enterprise-grade agent templates.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of agent solutions, from ideation and development to publication, versioning, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and vertical product teams to ensure solutions are powerful and marketable.
- Partner with solution architects and our partner ecosystem to identify high-value use cases and drive the creation of a rich portfolio of templates.
- Engage deeply with customers and developers to understand needs for discovering, customizing, and deploying agent solutions.
- Establish and analyze KPIs to measure the success of the catalog, using data to guide the roadmap.
- Act as the subject matter expert for agent templates and solutions, advocating for best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product management, with a proven track record managing platform products, developer tools, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience launching and managing complex enterprise-grade software products, particularly those involving AI/ML capabilities.
- Strong understanding of what makes a successful template or reusable software component, with a keen eye for quality and user experience.
- Technical fluency in LLMs, Agents, and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for AI-driven automation and a vision for how a robust solutions catalog can accelerate adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) products.
- Experience defining and shipping products that serve a dual-sided market (e.g., content creators and consumers).
- An advanced degree.
