Spiritus Technologies PBC is hiring a Program Manager to work closely with the executive team. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment, track progress across key initiatives, and ensure accountability toward organizational goals. Your work will focus on program execution and coordination to support the scaling of our operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead execution of the Program Management Plan, ensuring alignment across technical and operational workstreams.
- Build and maintain roadmaps, milestones, and reporting tools to track performance and surface risks.
- Facilitate coordination across teams (engineering, finance, operations) to support project execution and decision-making.
- Identify and pursue non-dilutive funding opportunities that align with company priorities.
- Support leadership in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and process improvements.
- Partner with operations and engineering teams on procurement planning, equipment schedules, and technical deliverables.
- Serve as liaison for stakeholders and partner organizations, as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in program or project management roles.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and spend plan development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with executive stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a systems mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in clean energy, advanced manufacturing, or industrial innovation sectors.
