Cohere is hiring a Product Manager, Human Data

At Cohere, we're looking for a Product Manager, Human Data to own a critical function for training and evaluating our models. You'll ensure we have the high-quality data needed to advance our AI capabilities by working across the entire company.

What You'll Do

• Work with stakeholders across the company to understand what human data is needed to improve model capabilities.
• Work across all tools and teams involved in data creation and curation.
• Pioneer how 'model in the loop' high-quality human annotation can be collected at enormous scale for both training and evaluation.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience understanding customer needs and launching successful products.
• Bachelor’s or postgrad degree in CS, ML or a related field, or a background in machine learning, algorithms, large scale systems, and statistics.
• Proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
• Deep technical knowledge and proven communication abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, internal tooling, large-scale training, and evaluation infrastructure for ML.

Team & Environment

Work Mode
