re:cap is looking for a Product Manager to build and scale AI-native product features from opportunity discovery to measurable impact. You will report directly to our CPO.
What You'll Do
- Turn ambiguous problems into AI-enabled product solutions
- Design human-in-the-loop systems balancing automation and control
- Demonstrate features and product concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner closely with engineering, data and design to ship fast and iterate faster
- Measure and analyze metrics and behavior to drive continuous product improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Strong technical fluency and understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and LLM capabilities and limitations
- Demonstrated ability to work with engineering and design to create delightful products
- Strong analytical skills, structured and data driven approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in evolving AI landscapes
- Experience with agile development processes and tools (Linear, Notion, Asana, JIRA, etc.)
- Strive for well-functioning processes and for communicating these clearly
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing several projects of different complexity at the same time
- Valid EU work permit and residence within the EU

- Experience in fintech or building AI-powered or data-heavy products
