What You'll Do
- Deliver strong results from trading strategies across power, carbon, and gas markets.
- Develop creative and effective trading strategies as the portfolio expands into new markets.
- Take a hands-on role in designing, testing, and executing systematic trading strategies.
- Expand trading coverage across new markets and additional systems.
- Work closely with algorithm developers to enhance and scale trading solutions.
- Share expertise, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in an international team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in trading, including risk management and position-taking within a defined risk mandate.
- Strong ability to quickly understand new concepts, markets, and trading strategies.
- Proactive, diligent, and hands-on approach to work.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills applied to trading decisions.
